You’re absolutely wrong! Have you imagined building a house on a very poor foundation or probably seen one built so? What is usually the outcome? The walls of such a building begins to crack not too long afterwards & then such a building is prone to collapse; some eventually collapse & leads to severe casualty if inhabited by people.
